Business FunctionGroup Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank\'s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Responsibilities

• Manage a team of operations specialists to ensure smooth end-to-end Corporate Action (CA) announcements operations and service delivery for wealth management clients
• Oversee and process daily operations such as Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action Events, Income Payments and Tax Reporting to ensure regulatory and service level compliance
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operations efficiency and client experience
• Develop and monitor team KPIs and provide coaching to help team members meet goals
• Engage wealth management partners to understand business needs and ensure operations support those needs

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Finance or relevant field
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in wealth management or private banking operations
• Prior experience of managing a team of at least 3-5 people
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of corporate actions for local and foreign markets and Tax Reporting requirements
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
