The company has garnered numerous awards for delivering digitally innovative and customer-centric solutions.Responsibilities: * Maintain the central register for underwriting manuals, guidelines, risk acceptance authority, underwriting breaches, and work processes.
- Monitor pricing adequacy and assist with efforts to improve results.
- Administer group underwriting policies and guidelines, ensuring compliance with procedures from the Asia/Head Office, and reporting on controls and processes.
- Conduct underwriting audits and lead workshops and training sessions for business units, underwriting, and reinsurance teams.
- Help develop and implement the Environmental Risk Management framework and strategy.
- Support service provider management by coordinating with business units and profit centers.
- Ensure compliance with group and regulatory reporting standards (e.g., PPF, IFRS17).
1. At least 8 years of underwriting experience in general insurance.
2. Strong knowledge of general insurance market trends and regulatory requirements.
3. Expertise in commercial insurance underwriting, pricing, audits, and policy review.
4. Familiarity with business transformation and digitalization initiatives.
5. Skills in business analysis, portfolio management, and insurance products.
