About the Department
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Job Responsibilities
This role focuses on analyzing as-is payments processes and designing target operational processes to support Payments Program.

  • Work with Target Operating Model (TOM) workstream Person In Charge(s) to establish and maintain process mapping inventory.
  • Analyze and document as-is operational process to facilitate the discussion of new payment platform target process design.
  • Understand business and operation requirements, system solution approach and document the target operation process flow.
  • Support workshops and review sessions with impacted operations teams, business and Functional Business Analyst to confirm the process design.
  • Support operations impact assessment including FTE estimation for new products launch and additional manual works.
  • Document the detailed target operating model and operations process to facilitate UAT and change management.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree with working experiences in banking and business/operation process design
  • Excellent in documenting process flows and use of process documentation tools (e.g. MS Visio, PowerPoint)
  • Experiences with system implementation and quick learner to understand various system functions/solution design
  • Knowledge in payments products and process flow will be an advantage
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, driven individual who is comfortable working in a multi-culture and fast-paced environment
