Business Function

Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing change initiatives impacting BSU to ensure operationalisation is seamless and effective.
• Proactively identify opportunities and continuous process improvement, assess impact and provide requirements to stakeholders.
• Support daily BAU processing teams in delivering KPIs during exigencies.
• Prepares periodic and ad hoc management reports for senior management or external stakeholders.
• Provides support services (e.g., budgeting, resource planning etc.) and builds effective working relationships with both internal and external parties.

Requirements

• Relevant university degree, with banking experience and good understanding of banking regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to deal with ambiguity, fast moving and high growth environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to influence and deliver impactful outcomes.
• Good planning and other project management skills, including organisation skills.
• Must be solutions oriented, ability to work with all levels of management and staff.
• Highly detailed and performance-oriented individuals, who is passionate about driving change through innovation.
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
