Our new digital banking initiative will focus on creating innovative products and services to integrate banking into our customers\' digital lifestyle.We are looking for a Digital Enablement Product Manger to join our Digital Advisory Singapore team, part of the Consumer Banking Group.The Digital Advisory Singapore team aims to help all clients of DBS achieve financial freedom through careful and meticulous planning of their financial needs and aspiration.In this role you will learn more of how our various platforms work and how we engage clients to help them achieve their goal of financial freedom. You will engage stakeholders across domains ranging from business and technology through to legal and compliance as you see initiatives through end-to-end.Responsibilities

  • Combine qualitative and quantitative data and transform them into ideas/features/service solutions (may be digital or omni-channel) that meet the following needs. Lead the team effort in data driven experimentation via Adobe Target to deliver tangible platform performance lift
  • Work with other Invest and Protect team leads to co-create digital propositions on Online-2-Offline-Online platforms (NAVPlanner, YFJ)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Franchise, I&I Product Managers, UX) to refine these propositions and translate them into requirements
  • Prioritise features and ideas to ensure alignment with key business objectives and scorecard metrics, and own and manage the feature backlog.
  • Run key Business and Technology cadences. Able to represent in senior management meetings on platform related updates.
  • Represent Business in requirements briefings to Technology
  • Articulate clear and understandable product objectives for each sprint, and co-ordinate on a daily basis on what matters most and needs to be done
  • Ensure requirements readiness to have a filled backlog of work for Tech to pick up
  • Participates in squad rituals across multiple agile squads
  • Responsible for ensuring timeliness of product deliveries
  • Ensure consistent implementations across channels
  • Work with Tech, Production Support teams to ensure platform stability and management of production issues
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a digital product owner, ideally in designing digital financial products/solutions
  • Customer obsession and empathetic nature to create great customer journeys
  • Has a keen interest in analysing data and qualitative customer insights and using these insights to drive outcomes
  • Passion for mobile & web technologies in a UX-driven environment.
  • Proficient handling of Scrum, agile methodologies & roadmapping.
  • A quick mind with a problem-solving aptitude, creative & pragmatic
  • Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
  • Experience working with cross-cultural teams is a plus
