Our new digital banking initiative will focus on creating innovative products and services to integrate banking into our customers\' digital lifestyle.We are looking for a Digital Product Manger to join our Digital Advisory Singapore team, part of the Consumer Banking Group.The Digital Advisory Singapore team aims to help all clients of DBS achieve financial freedom through careful and meticulous planning of their financial needs and aspiration.In this role you will learn more of how our various platforms work and how we engage clients to help them achieve their goal of financial freedom. You will engage stakeholders across domains ranging from business and technology through to legal and compliance as you see initiatives through end-to-end.Responsibilities

• Possess an understanding of design thinking frameworks (4D approach) to uncover end-user insights and patterns.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative data and transform them into ideas/features/service solutions (may be digital or omni-channel) that meet the following needs

• End-user/ customer needs
• Aligned to the DBS Financial Planning Framework
• Achieve key business objectives

• Cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders, including:

• Product Managers across Investments and Insurance teams to generate and refine ideas
• UX Team (Designers and Writers) to iterate, test through qualitative or quantitative research, and deliver the final product design
• Tech developers to ensure that product requirements are met
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to internal stakeholders and external customer as needed
• Product planning and prioritization

• Define, own and finalise the product requirements; then ensure a smooth transition in a timely manner to the Product Owners (owners of product backlog for tech development and delivery)
• Prioritise features and ideas to ensure alignment with key business objectives and NAV Planner roadmap.
• Monitor product performance, analyse key metrics, and iterate on product features to drive continuous improvement and maximize customer satisfaction

• At least 5 years of working experience ideally in designing Financial Planning /Insurance/Investment digital solutions or in a financial planning advisory role.
• Degree in Business Management or Accounting is a plus
• Has ability to gather and interpret data and customer insights to make informed decisions to drive outcomes
• A self-starter with initiative and ability to learn, adapt and achieve results in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic thinker with the ability to define the product vision and inspire other stakeholders towards it.
• Good project management skills with attention to details, ability to multi-task and work within tight timelines
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
