Responsibilities

  • Drive payments initiativessuch as new product proposition, feature enhancements, customer experience improvement, pricing management, etc.
  • Manage enhancement projects alongside technology, operations, and call center partners to ensure delivery is on time and all potential customer issues addressed. This includes budget planning, technology solutioning, risk/governance compliance, documentations etc.
  • Collaborate with industry stakeholders to discuss and make decisions on issues, processes, opportunities and design of the new and existing payments product.
  • Oversee day-to-day payments product management including design of campaigns (tactical, bundles, etc.), customer journey and execution of campaigns, liaison with stakeholders to resolve bugs, reporting product performance and crafting management update decks.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to build and instrument data for monthly monitoring, strategy planning, contextual engagement and driving operational efficiency.
  • Ensure effective work processes, procedures and controls infrastructure are in place to support business growth. This includes related system updates and projects delivery on ongoing and new projects.
  • Good appreciation and understanding of risk management and full compliance of applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Be customer obsessed, collaborate with internal stakeholders as a horizontal organisation to identify gaps & opportunities to develop and drive operational efficiency, develop amazing employee and customer journey, manage risk & compliance from registration through to fulfilment to meet our priorities of Joyful Customers, and Fulfilled Employees.
  • Adopt an agile mindset to take on new initiatives/projects that may arise.
Requirements
  • University Degree with 6-10 years of working experience
  • Functional experience in banking product management is preferred, and experience in payments product a plus.
  • Strong operational knowledge, with understanding of end-to-end product life cycle
  • Familiar with deposits/bank related processes, systems, regulatory and risk framework a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with other business units, across various functions
  • Ability to think strategically and implement effectively
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under timeline pressures and able to multi-task effectively
  • Self-motivated team players and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
