Responsibilites

• Execute Ecosystem Horizontal Organisation framework and enlist Data driven model to deepen marketplace proposition to drive banking & non-banking monetisation
• Overall Project management for DBS Marketplace including UX/UI design changes and tech enhancements to ensure a seamless and smooth customer journey.
• This involves taking on leads on design and development requirement conversations across various stakeholders (business teams, technology, delivery and operation teams).
• Play an active role in shaping DBS Marketplace strategy to drive traction and conversions.
• Ideate and execute campaigns to drive awareness and increase marketplace footfall. Develop initiatives to ensure seamless and smooth customer journey and embed DBS banking services and products in an intuitive and invisible manner.
• Be an advocate to experiment new journeys to test out different proposition to drive marketplace tractions and conversions.
• Prepare for periodic performance updates to management team and senior stakeholders.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Self-motivated individual with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Possess excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
• Adept at stakeholder management
• Familiar with the banking business, services, products.
• Passionate about delivering best-of-class capabilities, including producing seamless and superior customer experience and engagement
• Have a strong customer-centric mindset and good understanding of customer journeys
