Responsibilities:

• Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
• Oversee all regulatory reporting across global operations, including MAS Risk-Based Capital, MAS filings, SGX reporting, and other relevant regimes.
• Drive long-term capital planning to adapt to evolving business and regulatory environments worldwide.
• Build and maintain financial and analytical models to support strategic business decisions.
• Utilize data analytics to provide insights into business performance.
• Spearhead or contribute to the transformation of the finance function into a data-centric and highly automated operation.

Requirements:

• A degree in Accountancy, with Chartered Accountant status.
• Over 8 years of relevant experience in the financial industry, with a strong background in Futures and Options, securities, foreign exchange, OTC derivatives, and/or fixed income products.
• Proven experience in regulatory reporting is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial data to business activities and proficiency in business intelligence tools.
• A keen interest in technology, a strong belief in the power of data, and an open-minded, growth-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with basic statistical analysis using Python or R Studio is advantageous.
