:Details of the Division and Team:We are seeking a dynamic and experience Senior Vice President to join our CFO function in Deutsche Bank who will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving strategic change and operational excellence within our organization.He/She will be responsible for overseeing onshore and offshore CFO activities within Thailand and Indonesia, collaborate with senior stakeholders and leadership management team to implement target operating model (TOM).He/She will be instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation, forward-thinking and continuous improvements. Your key responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

• Provide strategic guidance to the Finance function and collaborate with stakeholders to execute financial strategies.
• Lead the design and implementation of an efficient and effective operating model that enhances productivity and scalability across finance function.
• Advocate for Finance related initiatives and drive solutions across diverse stakeholder by providing insightful guidance to support decision making.

CFO Oversight:

• Ensure a robust control environment to safeguard compliance with financial regulations, reporting requirements and standards across various jurisdictions.
• Proactively evaluate, manage, and mitigate the risk to financial operations and act as an escalation point to key stakeholders.
• Exercise keen judgement and take charge in resolution of issues to deliver impactful outcomes.

Innovation and Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation within the Finance function across APAC & MEA.
• Lead and drive transformative initiatives to optimize Finance procedures to support growth in the evolving business landscape.
• Work collaboratively and drive organizational change by advocating for innovation initiatives and to champion cross-functional solutioning to achieve TOM objectives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to shape the regulatory reporting strategy for the region.

People Management:

• Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to Finance team and foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Driving a speak-up culture, active feedback, collaboration and accountability in Finance and the local franchise.
• Developing a solution focused, client centric and sustainable performance mindset in the team.
• Supports difficult people decisions to ensure people agenda is aligned with organisation needs and performance issues are addressed.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
• Actively participate in the development and nurturing talent for future leadership roles.

Your skills and experience:

• Proven work experience of at least 15 years in the Banking and Financial Services Industry including experience in the Finance and Regulatory reporting function
• Knowledge of financial products (Derivatives/FX/Loans/Securities etc), banking processes and end-to-end systems including a good knowledge of financial reporting, IFRS and German GAPP reporting
• Prior work experience and hands-on experience with software / applications such as SAP R/3, Data warehouse, Axiom, Business Objects, Alteryx, VBA, MS Office suites or equivalent
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
• Experience in financial strategic implementation and technology transformation program
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and IFRS accounting standards
• MBA or advanced degree in Accounting and/or Finance with strong leadership and people management skills.
