Originates sales and structures trade solutions, including preparing/negotiating term sheet, reviewing trade structures, product-related processes and trade documentation.
Develops business relationships to increase share of wallets with key trade accounts with significant revenue impact, business potential or complexity.
Collaborates with the coverage team to develop joint trade KPI and call strategies for targeted client segments/industries.
Originates and develops trade and supply chain opportunities across business segments.
Targets potential new-to-bank or existing trade customers for product cross-sell opportunities.
Drives trade utilization initiatives with coverage teams.
Provides trade advisory to new and existing customers on trade related requirements

The ideal candidate is a Trade Transactor responsible for supporting the coverage teams in trade sales origination and maximizing trade revenue of existing customers:
10 years of Trade Banking experience with senior roles in trade product/sales/operation capacity preferred
At least 5 years proven experience in structured trade roles and demonstrated skills in execution, customer solutioning and problem solving
Working knowledge of various aspects of risk \xe2\x80\x93 credit, regulatory/compliance, operation and product
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and a team player; fluency in mandarin will be an advantage
