What the role is
We are looking for strong team players to join the Personnel Development Department for the following post:
Awards & Recognition Executive
Administrative support on the execution of the full spectrum of HR spectrum of HR activities ranging from
Formulate and execute HR policies on awards, recognition and welfare activities
Organize events for various awards, ceremonies and welfare activities, health screening and health talks
Conduct of employee pulse surveys and perform data analytics on the findings
Administering of HRMS system to ensure timely update of employee information
Other HR administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned for People Development Division
What you will be working on
Requirements
Meticulous, organized and creative
Strong and resourceful team-player
Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
Knowledge in HRMS/Data Analytics would be an advantage
