Our Client:

It has been under the National University Health System (NUHS) since 1 June 2018, and is the first Integrated General Hospital in Singapore providing holistic and seamless care from acute, sub-acute to rehabilitative settings, reducing the need for a patient to transfer to another healthcare institution.

Overview:

Job holder will be part of the team leading Employee Engagement and Wellness Functions. He/she will project manage and implement initiatives and programmes to improve employee engagement and wellness. He/she will also implement/manage the programmes designed for the purpose of fostering a positive environment in Alexandra Hospital. He/she will assist in overseeing employee awards & recognition programmes and review employee\'s benefits policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage staff benefits interventions with a focus on aligning, engaging and connecting staff in the area of inclusive and wellbeing.
  • Work closely with cluster and the team to manage staff recognition programme at national, cluster and institution level.
  • Support the team in driving programmes and activities that promotes employees\' holistic wellbeing
  • Partnering Cluster to roll out cluster wide programmes/events for staff
  • Assist in general administrative daily operations such as managing HR Intranet, regular reporting of administering and processing payment matters
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Experience in the health care environment or policy review would be an added advantage, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical, with attention to details and numbers, committed and results driven
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good business writing skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with positive work attitude and ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint)
