Driven by our vision of delivering great customer experiences, we are looking for professionals who are passionate about making the world a better place by leveraging the power of data.Presently we are expanding our Singapore business unit and thus seeking out aspiring / proven professionals with cloud administrator expertise to join our cause in helping clients Stay Modern, ahead of the technology curve!Roles and Responsibilities: Using your technical expertise, you will be instrumental in helping our customers manage their cloud environment on AWS.

  • Deploy, manage and operate AWS environments while ensuring that all such environments comply to both InfoCepts service standards and customers' security policies as well as processes
  • Collaborate with team members to support deployment, transition and/or operation of applications onto AWS, as well as troubleshooting problems
  • Define and monitor the health/utilization of AWS resources, i.e. using AWS CloudWatch
  • Manage and maintain backup of resources, setting up policies for backups and recovery
  • Ensure resource tagging for cloud costs allocation with the aim of driving/supporting budgeting, governance and reporting
  • Create relevant technical documentation and maintain them as necessary
  • Stay abreast of AWS services, developments and best practices with the aim of bringing additional value to customers through such knowledge and insights
Skills Required:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology and/or related fields
  • Proven experience through past projects and/or work involving AWS is essential
  • Strong knowledge in multiple AWS services including but not limiting to VPC, IAM, EC2, S3, RDS, ELB, EMR, CloudWatch, Cloud Trail, AWS Configuration, Terraform and System Manager
  • Familiarity with services from non-AWS providers such as Azure, Alibaba Cloud and Google Cloud is advantageous
  • Familiarity with code management concepts such as CI/CD and DevOps is also an advantage
  • Problem-solving and team-working skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
