We are seeking a skilled and motivated AWS Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS services, cloud architecture, and a passion for building scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities.
Manage and maintain multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) ensuring uptime, scalability, and reliability.
Operate core services (e.g., Lambda, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, AKS, GKE) and support production/staging environments.
Maintain IaC pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates; implement GitOps and automation.
Lead patch management for RHEL and Windows Servers via AWS Patch Manager, WSUS, SCCM.
Support application deployment, performance tuning, and OS-level troubleshooting.
Implement CIS security baselines, perform vulnerability remediation, and manage SSL & EOL components.
Work with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevSecOps pipelines (SHIP-HATS).
Follow ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and manage ServiceNow/Jira tickets.
Configure monitoring, logging, and alerting using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, GCP Logging.
Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and documentation for audit readiness.
Mentor junior engineers, lead reviews, and ensure best practices adoption.

Qualifications
Bachelor's in CS/IS or related field
3+ years in Cloud Engineering (AWS/Azure/GCP)
2+ years in regulated/public sector environments
Experience with 24/7 operations, ITIL, CIS security, and mentorship
Familiar with Singapore Gov frameworks (SHIP-HATS, IM8)
Preferred Certifications
AWS Solutions Architect / SysOps o Azure Administrator / Architect o Windows Server Hybrid Admin o RHCE / LPIC o ITIL v4
