About the Role

We are hiring an

AWS Network Engineer

to support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

Palo Alto firewalls

,

VPN configuration

, and

AWS network services

, along with a good understanding of

ITIL processes

. You will play a key role in maintaining secure, stable, and reliable network connectivity across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain

Palo Alto Firewalls

and

GlobalProtect VPN

. Configure and monitor AWS networking components such as

VPC

,

Security Groups

,

Route Tables

, and related services. Respond to network-related incidents and service requests following

ITIL best practices

. Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure and efficient connectivity. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for configurations, procedures, and change management. Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders on technical and operational matters.

Requirements

Cloud platform experience,

AWS preferred

. Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.). Working knowledge of

Palo Alto Networks

and firewall configuration. Basic understanding of

ITIL processes

(Incident, Change, and Problem Management). Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.

Certifications

in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or Networking are advantageous.
