We're looking for a skilled professional to lead our
AWS account onboarding and governance process
, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Account Management
Own the AWS account onboarding process, from intake to production readiness.
Partner with application and business teams to capture requirements and timelines.
Coordinate with Cloud Engineering, Security, Networking, and DevOps teams to deliver necessary configurations.
Provisioning & Configuration
Manage AWS account creation via Control Tower Account Factory.
Enforce baseline security and compliance controls (GuardDuty, Security Hub, IAM Identity Center, CloudTrail, etc.) through Infrastructure as Code.
Validate and configure network connectivity (VPC, Transit Gateway) and access restrictions.
Compliance & Security
Ensure CIS and AWS Foundational Security Best Practices are met before account handover.
Work with Security Engineers on compliance reviews and remediation activities.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for all onboarding-related queries.
Provide timely updates to stakeholders and management.
Maintain documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases for self-service onboarding.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process automation and workflow optimization.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to embed automation pipelines into account setup.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in enterprise IT operations, cloud service delivery, or project management (AWS preferred).
Solid knowledge of AWS Control Tower, AWS Organizations, IAM, networking, and core security services.
Familiarity with CIS Benchmarks, AWS Well-Architected Framework, and security best practices.
Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI), and security/compliance tooling.
Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
AWS certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent) is a plus.
