What are we looking for?
As a Solutions Architect, your role is to understand the customer's problem and design the solution. You will engage with appropriate stakeholders at key phases during the project, provide constructive input in the design phase, guide implementation and ensure its alignment with architectural principles. You will help to guide the growth of technical skills within the team and manage customers’ expectations by regularly presenting progress.

What are you expected to do?

• Analyse technical and business requirements.
• Clearly communicating the technical aspects, risks, challenges, and selling points of the solution to stakeholders.
• Working with team to architect the best designs for customers.
• Implementation and documentation of solutions.
• Monitoring of systems and react to rectify system issues.
• Supporting customers who have issues.
• Conduct technical architectural system evaluation.

• You have obtained certification of AWS Solutions Architect Associate (Professional level is a plus)
• Good understanding of AWS architecture and services
• Extensive and demonstrated previous experience with solutions architecture
• Practice of Agile methodologies and systems requirements, and technical design and analysis in a complex and maturing technical environment
• Experience and knowledge of industry standard development methodologies, tools, techniques and design patterns
• Demonstrated experience in developing solutions using cloud services (including infrastructure) across AWS/Azure stack
• Proven ability to evaluate stakeholder requirements and develop and present solution options (including effort estimates) to senior management and various stakeholders.
• Proven ability in scripting such as (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ruby, NodeJS)
• Familiarity with different data management concepts (NoSQL, RDBMS, OLAP, OLTP, Data Warehouse, Data Lake)

• Degree/Diploma in relevant field advantageous but not mandatory
