Overview: - FMCG Industry - North 5 Days, 9:00 a.m. - 6:10 p.m. Monthly Basic Salary: $3000 - $3500 (Depending Relevant Experience) Junior Executive to ExecutiveYour Responsibilities: - Handling full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including AP invoices, purchase order, credit card and overhead payment, staff claims, reviewing purchase requisition & issuing purchase order, maintaining vendor master, review and match invoices Preparation of Accounts Payable monthly cash flow forecast, journal entries, balance sheet schedule (monthly and year end) Managing full process of fixed asset through analysing, current liabilities and indicating corrective actions Preparing budget forecasting of 5 years plan including variance analysis for operating expenses Work closely with internal and external auditors as well attending to any customers/vendors's inquiriesYou will need: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in Accounting & Finance Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Equivalent Bilingual in both English and Mandarin language to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers/vendors including Chinese counterparts Only SingaporeanFor interested applicants, kindly click "Apply Now" to submit your application.By submitting your personal data and/or resume, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us collecting, using, retaining, and disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
