Stag Match Institute hosts a wide range of Children and Adult education Courses , Certification and education Solution (learning management system) for both companies and individuals. About the role The Business Development & Sales lead is a management executive with 2 key areas of focus. First, the Lead is responsible to develop and implement the business and Sale plan to build the corporate solution and corporate course training in particular for B2B & B2G Second, the Lead is responsible with developing, communicating, executing, and sustaining business/corporate strategic initiatives and the product pipeline regionally. We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Sale Lead to control and oversee all business products, sales, business growth, people and ventures. You will be one of the Management personal in the organisation and will be responsible for the sustainability success of the business. He/She must have a good track record of the his/her achievement The ideal candidate will be a business strategist and a leader able to steer the company to the most profitable direction while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals. Very strong crisis management skills will also be essential since the Lead is the one expected to \xe2\x80\x9csave\xe2\x80\x9d the company in times of need. The goal is to ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guideline B2B/B2G Business Development

  • To achieve at least 1million USD Business Revenue in the SEA market per annum.
  • At Least 20 new companies account training to launches and collabration
Corporate Partnerships Management
  • Evaluate current corporate partnership division in terms of strategy, talent resourcing, management processes, and metrics, etc.
  • Participate in joint client acquisition with the team
  • Provide expert input to the team
Business Development Management
  • Lead new business development initiatives for B2B and B2G markets
  • Develop and communicate the Corporate Solutions performance scorecard that captures key performance factors that help drive and achieve the key results of the business.
  • Monitor, track, and manage the performance of the team
  • Oversee new product/service development for the B2B and B2G customer segments
Consultancy Management
  • Develop the frameworks for training led-consultancy solutions
  • Diagnose organization needs analysis
  • Develop client solutions and co-deliver on selected high-value projects
  • Evaluate the outcomes of key consultancy and training projects
Work Experiences
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
  • Must have demonstrated proficiency in analytical research, leadership, and strategic planning.
Working Conditions
  • Must be prepared to work beyond the normal work hours whenever required.
  • Must be prepared to travel overseas when the COVID-19 situation is permitted.

  • Must be able to multitask with research projects, data analysis, coordination with the executive team, and acting as the public face of the company in the absence of the company\xe2\x80\x99s CEO.
  • Must be able to develop and execute a business plan to achieve the desired revenue.
  • Must be able to identify and build partnerships with institutions of higher learning to roll-out regional initiatives.

OTE $70,000 to $150,000 Low basic from 2.5k to 3.5k + High Commission (up to 10%) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 32 per week Salary: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
  • Commission pay
  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • B2b Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
