Role & Responsibilities



Drive

B2B FMCG market expansion

through direct engagement with mamashops, supermarkets, chain stores, and retail outlets. Execute

frontline sales activities

including pitching, in-store activation, and channel development. Build and nurture a

broad customer network

, ensuring strong and lasting relationships with retail partners. Manage the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting to closing, including payment collection (cash/COD). Actively explore new opportunities and support the company's broader strategy for

regional FMCG growth

Prior experience in

B2B FMCG sales

(convenience shops, mamashops, supermarkets, hypermarkets) preferred. Familiarity with FMCG product categories such as beverages, alcohol, and snacks.

Languages

: English required; Mandarin and/or Malay strongly preferred for engaging diverse frontline operators.


Proven ability to work independently,

take initiative

, and adapt to fast-changing conditions. Strong sense of

responsibility in payment handling and cash flow discipline
