Role & Responsibilities

Drive B2B FMCG sales by visiting retail outlets, mamashops, supermarkets, and chain stores.


Promote products through ground push (e.g., in-store displays, direct pitching) and actively expand distribution channels.


Build, maintain, and expand strong customer networks across different retail scales.


Manage order collection and ensure secure payment (cash or COD).


Cover wide territories with frequent field activities and on-the-ground presence.

Key Outcomes / KPI

Achieve a minimum of

SGD 50,000 monthly sales (cash transactions only)

Meet both sales volume and profit margin targets.


Strategic goal: Deliver an average of

22 pallets daily

Requirements

Proven B2B FMCG sales experience

(retail stores, convenience shops, mamashops, supermarkets, hypermarkets).


Strong knowledge of FMCG product categories (e.g., beverages, alcohol, snacks).


Multilingual proficiency (English required; additional languages preferred).


Strong network, resourcefulness, and execution ability -- must be able to "hit the ground running."


Salary base

SGD 6,000/month
