Job Description


This role is an integral part of the Marketing Delivery team, it will work closely with the audience specialist, loyalty program manager and other related marketing and technical teams for successful campaign execution and measurement. This is a hands-on execution role which will focus on the digital design and delivery of content for our consumers. The ideal candidate will be able to foster productive relationships with business partners and key stakeholders to ensure that content is ready for digital execution on time and delivers on campaign success against KPI’s. Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI) is a pioneer and leading multi-function Shared Services Center in the Philippines located in Makati City. With a workforce of more than 1,000, CHI delivers business services and solutions in areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, marketing support and information technology. Chevron is accepting online applications for the B2C Campaign Specialist position through June 09, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. PH Time. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Translate marketing requirements into ready to send content
  • Work with global marketing teams for imagery selection and provisioning
  • Primary operations liaison with marketing agencies
  • Deep alignment with Loyalty Program owner
  • Consumes Campaign Analytics, consulting with Consumer Audience specialist on needs
  • Recommends offer & call-to-action strategies working with B2C Marketing Strategist, Marketing Optimization Specialist and Team Lead
  • Leverages as-is journey & creates simple single channel journeys
  • Ensures KPI’s are in place including tagging assets to facilitate tracking
  • Verity's Verifies and validates performance campaign success using defined metrics
  • Develops and/or populate key campaign templates working with campaign designer
  • Reports ongoing campaign results to key stakeholders as required
  • Ensures timely execution of campaigns
  • Leverages as-is Journey & creates simple single channel journeys
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or other relevant fields
  • 2-4 years of marketing operations experience
  • Knowledge working in a global organization
  • Familiar with marketing automation technology (examples: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot)
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Experience with execution of B2C campaigns
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • A good understanding of current marketing trends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification


Relocation Options: Relocation will not be considered within Chevron parameters. International Considerations: Selected candidate will work in the Philippines under the local payroll system and benefits.
