The Digital Campaign Specialist is proficient and responsible for driving digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement! You will have at least three to four year hands-on practical experience in digital campaigns and know how to use at least one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Key responsibilities includes owning and managing outbound campaigns such as welcome emails, trigger emails, nurturing emails across Asia Pacific ex. China from end-to-end - design and setup of campaign canvas on email automation platform with established tracking standards, analyse results and reporting. Proficient in segmentation of database and implement remarketing strategies.
