Job Description

The Digital Campaign Specialist is proficient and responsible for driving digital marketing channels to drive customer acquisition and engagement! You will have at least three to four year hands-on practical experience in digital campaigns and know how to use at least one Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Key responsibilities includes owning and managing outbound campaigns such as welcome emails, trigger emails, nurturing emails across Asia Pacific ex. China from end-to-end - design and setup of campaign canvas on email automation platform with established tracking standards, analyse results and reporting. Proficient in segmentation of database and implement remarketing strategies.

• Good understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) set up and propose UX solutions and update corporate website content
• Consider current business practices and make recommendations for improvements, employing A/B or MVT testing methods.
• Track leads via CRM analytics dashboards and provide recommendations for improvement on lead generation activities
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and possess EQ to manage various marketers' expectations and appreciate culture differences.
• Strong project management skills to manage timelines and deadlines of various campaigns across various markets.
• Meticulous to proofread and test user flows and emails. Able to place customer's experience first and henceforth challenge doubtful and misleading content and execution.
• A strong team mate who is able to learn and adapt accordingly.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology. Familiar with Photoshop, HTML, Eloqua, AEM preferred.
• Good grasp of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computing or related field of study.
• Ability to work with East Asian markets, and perhaps read and write Traditional Chinese, Japanese or Korean a plus.
