Our client is one of the leading Banking companies in Japan. They are currently looking for an Officer to join their back office team.
The Responsibilities:
- Back office general operations, settlement, input vouchers for loans, securities, money market transactions
- Operation of accounting system and settlement system (SWIFT)
- To check the daily bank statement and maintain adequate account balance
- To monitor fund transfers (inward and outward remittance), customer\'s accounts
- To support human resource, accounting, and administrative function
- Any other duties to be assigned by Head of department/ Deputy General Manager/ General Manager
- Bachelor\'s Degree with 3 years work experience in a Bank
- Self-motivated individual with ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Accounting System
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
