About the Role

Join T1's technology team and help build the digital infrastructure that makes trading fun. As a Back-End Developer, you'll design and maintain the server-side systems and APIs that power our trading platforms, connecting talented traders worldwide with institutional-grade trading infrastructure.





Key Responsibilities

Back-End Development

Design, build and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Golang and Python Develop and optimize database schemas and queries Implement real-time data processing systems and WebSocket connections Work closely with front-end developers and product owners to deliver robust solutions Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical architecture decisions Support the development of new features that enhance trader success and platform scalability Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and security best practices
Requirements

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Golang and Python Expert knowledge of databases e.g. MySQL, Supabase, Firebase, PostgreSQL Solid understanding of REST APIs and WebSocket protocols Experience with version control systems (Git) Deep understanding of security best practices and performance optimization Knowledge of caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) Experience with message queues and asynchronous processing

Preferred Experience

5+ years of back-end software development experience Experience with fintech, trading platforms, or financial applications Proven experience with real-time data handling and high-throughput systems Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Understanding of payment gateway integrations and secure financial transactions Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
