The platform simplifies compliance with regulations such as the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), making the process more efficient for businesses.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Backend Developer at Zavior in Singapore. The Backend Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web applications. The role will involve working closely with frontend developers and DevOps engineers to deliver robust and scalable solutions.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using GoLang.
• Design and implement scalable and efficient microservices architecture.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Optimize backend processes for performance, scalability, and security.
• Work with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to ensure data consistency, high availability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues, ensuring application reliability.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployments.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to deploy and monitor backend services in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest backend technologies, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in GoLang and backend development principles.
• Experience with microservices architecture and building scalable backend systems.
• Proficiency in designing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated deployments.
• Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of security and performance best practices for backend development.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience working in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot backend issues.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred, but practical experience is highly valued).
