We're working with a fast-growing AI start-up that's transforming how people and organisations get work done. They've raised over $70M and are scaling quickly.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-performance and scalable backend services in Golang to power core AI features. Design and optimise RESTful and GraphQL APIs to ensure seamless frontend-backend integration. Contribute to system architecture planning to ensure robustness, reliability, and scalability. Work with large-scale data pipelines and enhance distributed system performance. Collaborate closely with frontend and AI teams to enable fast-paced product iteration. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and help raise the technical bar across the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum of 3 years' experience in backend development, with strong Golang proficiency. Solid understanding of microservices architecture and familiarity with tools like gRPC and Kubernetes. Experience in database design and tuning (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Knowledge of distributed systems, messaging frameworks (e.g. Kafka, RabbitMQ), and caching (e.g. Redis). Native-level English and conversational Mandarin to support cross-border collaboration. * A strong passion for technology, quick learning ability, and a problem-solving mindset.
