Badminton Coach

Job Description
To deliver high quality, age appropriate (the majority of sessions being to children and young people) badminton coaching sessions within a variety of settings which include leisure centres, community facilities and schools.
- To attend all coach/instructor meetings as required
- A commitment to equality and diversity in both the delivery of services and to staff.
- Demonstrate awareness/understanding of equal opportunities and other peoples behavioural, physical, social welfare needs.
- To represent Company\' at all times in a responsible, professional and courteous manner.
- To adhere to Company\'s policies and procedures at all times including safeguarding practices.
- To ensure that responsible care is taken at all times for health, safety and welfare of yourself and other persons, and to comply with policies and procedures relating to health and safety within the Company.
- Undertake any other duties commensurate with the post\xe2\x80\x99s level of responsibility
- Required to respond to customer enquiries, complaints and concerns groups
- To be sensitive to needs of diverse community
- Required to demonstrate exercises
- Required to work across multiple locations and provide cover at short notice (daytime, evenings and weekends) to ensure continuity of service to the general public
