Seeking for a candidate passionate on Bread and motivated to join our engaged team.

• Oversee and organise the daily bread production
• Produce breads [some european bread],
• Produce [for occasions] panettone and viennoiseries according to agreed recipes
• Safely operate baking machineries
• Develop with the Head Chef new bread recipes
• Ensure the highest of customer satisfaction through baking of quality bakery products
• Minimise wastage of ingredients and stocks
• Organise orders and liaise with suppliers
• Maintain functionality and cleanliness of baking area utensils, tools, implements and machinery

Requirements

• Strong passion for Culinary
• Willingness to work on a rotating roster
• Strive for excellence in quality and presentation
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certification in Culinary would be beneficial
