About Our ClientOur client is a traditional and authentic Cantonese confectionery. They have been making mooncakes and traditional Cantonese pastries the same way since 1935. Their products are handmade and baked daily in Singapore using time-honoured recipes and quality ingredients with full conformity to stringent quality standards of AVA, HACCP and BizSafe 3.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the oven and baking of all biscuits and pastries.
- Ensure cleanliness of baking area and trays
- Applying final touches on pastries before baking.
- Baking of all pastries and confections.
- Good work attitude
- Willing to learn.
- Experience in Baking is a plus
