- Minimum 1 year experience in professional kitchen
- Experience in either Cake/Pastry or Bread
- Production for a range of bakery products
- Mixing, cutting, shaping, proofing, baking of dough, including European bakes, yeasted breads and laminated products
- Mixing, baking, layering, frosting and decorating for cakes, tarts and other pastry products
- Preparation of fillings and toppings for bread and cakes
- Preparation of mise-en-place, maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned from management
- Passionate in baking
- Ability to work as a team and have a willingness to learn
- Able to work shifts in a 5 day work week
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
