Baking of bread for breakfast, cakes and pastries for catering company's central kitchen. Supervise a team of kitchen helpers. Working hours 2am - 10am, 5.5 days . Location at Boon Lay. Must be able to work independently. Able to plan and introduce new menu from time to time and add on to catering menu.
