Working as a centralised kitchen model, the kitchen will produce bakery and pastry items for our outlets. We will focus on quality ingredients and creating innovative trend as our objective. The candidate will work closely with the Director to set up and develop the production menu. This is bound to be interesting and challenging. Do join us, if you think you have what it takes! Job Responsibility: . Set up a central production kitchen for bakery . Design and implement operations workflow . Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents . Place order and do stock controlling . Ability to recognizes superior quality products, presentations and flavor . Responsible for personal hygiene and grooming and kitchen operations in accordance to company standards, Singapore Food Agency standards and HACCP guidelines . Minimise food wastage of ingredients and other food items . Work and achieve productivity level of employees Requirements: . Have a strong passion on baking . Baking/Pastry educated preferred . 2 years' experience in baking for the followings . Focaccia . Burger Buns (Plain / Charcoal) . Ciabatta . Baguette . Wholemeal Bread . White Loaf Bread . Brioche . Dark Rye Bread . Sourdough . Croissant . Soft Bun . Passionate interest in development on pastries . Ability to produce pastry preferred . Comfortable with 6 days shift work including weekends and public holidays
