Job description Chin Mee Chin Bakery is a local Nanyang coffeeshop at East Coast Road looking to hire a full time Bakery Assistant to support its daily operations. If you are a reliable, quick thinking, and a morning person in the kitchen, we\'d love to meet you! Reporting to the Head Baker, we are looking for talented individuals who:
- Has past experience of working in a professional kitchen at a cafe or bakery
- Has basic knowledge in production of traditional style bread and pastries.
- Has positive and energetic work ethics
- Is able to work independently and in a team
- can monitor portioning and waste control
- can oversee the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
- Experience of kitchen equipment.
- Understandable level of English spoken and written.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certification
10 hours daily, including 1 hour lunch break (meal provided). Job Type: Full-time Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,200.00 per month Benefits:
