Job Description

Full Time and Part Time positions are available. Our bakery assistant is responsible for a wide range of duties daily. In addition to general bakery operations, the position will require someone who is able to work independently and is passionate about the industry. Responsibilities

• Assist the bakery team in the preparation of pastry
• Executive and maintain consistent recipes and presentation
• Follow proper handling and right temperature of food products
• Handle equipment in a safe and proper manner
• Maintain workstations are clean and tidy with proper hygiene
• Minimize the wastage and spoilage of ingredients
• Ensure proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
• Any other duties assigned by the manager

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• No experience applicants are welcome to apply
• On-the-job training provided
• Willing to learn and have a strong passion for baking
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A valid food hygiene certificate will be an advantage

Other Information

• Working location @ Upper East Coast Road
• Full Time: 5 days per week; rotating shifts
• Part Time: 4 days per week; 11.30 am to 9.30 pm (Fixed hours)
• Uniform with laundry provided
• Meal allowance provided

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: $700.00 - $2,400.00 per month Benefits:
