Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers in call centre on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
    Ability to understand customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
    Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
  • Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
    Solicit customers\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

Work Details:
  • On job training is provided
  • No midnight shift, rotating shift between 7am to 1am, (8 hours, 5 days)
  • Shuttle bus from Jurong East, Tanah Merah, Hougang, Toa Payoh, and City Hall
  • Salary range: $2600-$5000 depending on experience
  • Shift Allowance
