Description
- Issuance of Letter of Instruction (LI) to law firms and valuers.
- Liaison with legal firms / valuers for the LI issued and following up with valuer on the valuation report.
- Checking of documents (e.g. Letter of Offer, valuation report, acknowledgement) received from internal and external parties.
- Other miscellaneous admin work as assigned such as retrieval of files and filing of documents.
