The RoleThe key purpose of the role is to provide timely and quality support to Customer Acquisition and Direct Sales channels (Employee Banking Solution, Offshore Acquisition, Mortgage & Retention and Third-Party Sales Agents) in processing of submissions on retail products, ensure smooth daily operations and reporting on sales related performances, numbers and key performance information.Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth and efficient handling of documentation and data entry to support the completion of customer onboarding process.
Track daily sales applications and closures, generating reports for managerial review.
Conduct screening checks and ensure processes are compliant with Group\'s standards and control.
Deliver overall administrative assistance to support operational efficiency
The Talent
Minimum GCE \'O\'/\'A\' Level qualifications, with at least 2-3 years\' experience in a support role.
Proactive, energetic and meticulous and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Perform well under pressure
Proficient with MS Office (ie. Word, Excel etc)
