Job Title : Bank Ops (Analyst Junior)
Job Type : Contract One year
Job Location : West/East Singapore

We are looking for X2 Bank Ops, Analyst to start immediately, and location either in the East or West.

:

• Process fulfilment of requests through retrieval of information & updates in Bank\'s operating systems within specified Service Standard, timely and accurately
• Process requests on Account Maintenance/Updates on customer\'s accounts.
• Highlight on operational issues and provide timely escalation to management
• Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
• Participate in process improvement in providing ideas/initiatives in digitization and automation
• Establish and maintain effective relationship & partnership with key internal & external stakeholders
• Work closely with various stakeholders in daily activities, understand process frictions and recommend ideas to achieve Design-For-No-Ops strategy
• Contribute to updates of Process Risk Maps & Standard Operating Procedures
• Timely escalation of any ops/system issue to Team Lead
• Any other ad-hoc assignments from Team Leader to improve the team\'s performance

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, A Level or equivalent
• Training will be provided for those without related working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• High level accuracy level, well-organized
• Knowledge of the bank\'s core operating systems and control standards is advantage
• Meticulous, with an eye for details, team player and can do attitude
• Good communication skills verbally and written
• Singaporeans only need to apply

• Working location : West- Toh Guan Road/East-Changi
