Responsibilities:

• Establish clients\' financial goals, develop wealth management strategies to plan for clients according to their different financial needs and objectives
• To conduct regular meetings with existing and potential customers to assess their banking needs
• Increase the size and quality of customer portfolio by providing financial services and offering product solutions tailored to client\xe2\x80\x99s needs in accordance with company prescribed standards and industry regulatory requirements
• Active involvement in bank-wide campaigns and branch initiatives
• Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Strong passion in banking and wealth management
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Results-oriented, Self-motivation and highly committed

2. Management Trainee
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with team to managing clients\xe2\x80\x99 portfolio, perform financial analysis
• Follow on existing list of clients provided by the company
• Maintain customer loyalty and promote brand identity by providing excellent customer service through regular updates and reviews with customers on financial services/information
• Assisting in wealth preservation and capital growth
• Attend to the walk-in and queuing customers and customize solutions to meet clients\xe2\x80\x99 financial objectives (In-branch)

Requirements:

• Good communication skills, strong customer service mindset
• Keen interests in Banking and Finance industry
• Be pro-active, a good listener, people and results-oriented
• Willingness to learn as comprehensive training provided
