Job Description

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnels
- Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with services provided
- Explore opportunities for further sales within key clients
- Inform customers on other services the company offers
- Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing account
- Achieving client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Head of Sales
- Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients
- Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.
- Monitor performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Good communication skills, strong customer service mindset
- Keen interests in Banking and Finance industry
- Pro-active, a good listener, people and results-oriented
- Willingness to learn as comprehensive paid training provided
