- Provide over the counter banking services and assist with enquiries from customers.
- Handle all over the counter banking transactions.
- Promote the bank\'s products and services in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
- Handle bulk cash transfer and deposits.
- To keep a lookout for any suspicious transactions and reporting it to relevant party to reduce reputation risk
- Possesses relevant customer service experience in a financial institution.
- Ability to converse, read and write effectively in Mandarin as bank teller is required to converse and write to Mandarin speaking clients
- Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- A team player who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic retail banking environment.
- A self starter who is able to work independently and under minimal supervision
