Freshers (As long as they are okay to take and ready to learn)
There will be a 3 week training (SNEP) at DAH (Changi) and a senior colleague will be assigned to coach for the first few weeks at Branch
The Job
Able to handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
Assist in customer enquiries and ensure the bank\'s standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction services * Educate and migrate customers to use digital platformManage customer wait time and service level.
Manage customer negative impact and complaintsOperations & Financial
regulatory requirement * Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
