The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with Bank Tellers/ Customer Service Representatives

Focus: Proactive sharing, understanding, and knowing customers banking needs and refer customers to adopt alternate banking channels (e.g., ATMs, Video Teller Machines, DigiBank)

Office Location: Islandwide Banking Branches

The Talent

Min. Education.: Diploma

Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity.

Experience in delivering excellent customer journeys and digital features (e.g. Branch Connect)

Adapt at use of data to drive productivity and performance

Ideally related experience or customer facing experience

IT Savvy

Willing to learn and not afraid to face customers

Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel (Simple functions)

Freshers (As long as they are okay to take and ready to learn)

There will be a 3 week training (SNEP) at DAH (Changi) and a senior colleague will be assigned to coach for the first few weeks at Branch

The Job

Able to handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner.
Assist in customer enquiries and ensure the bank\'s standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction services

Educate and migrate customers to use digital platformManage customer wait time and service level.

Manage customer negative impact and complaintsOperations & Financial
regulatory requirement

Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.

Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results needed
