Responsibilities
Location: Raffles Place
Job Scope:
Assist in Contact Centre Duties (Answering of customer enquiries, escalate to relevant department, initiate callbacks to customers to confirm details and resolve concerns)
Dates - Batch 1:
- Training Dates: 25 - 30 Aug, 9.30am - 6pm
2. 3 - 5 Sep
3. 6 - 15 Sep
Dates - Batch 2:
- Training Dates: 12 - 13 Sep, 9.30am - 6pm
Shifts:
1. 8am - 5.30pm
2. 1pm - 10.30pm
