Magic Circle law firm seeks an experienced Associate to join their Banking & Finance practice in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global team with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice to a plethora of high-profile clients. The work offered is diverse and complex and would suit an individual who thrives in a dynamic, team orientated environment and is keen to take on immediate responsibility.Requirements:

• 1-3 PQE (UK scale)
• Common law qualified
• Experience in transactional matters (specifically banking & finance, infrastructure/project finance, leverage finance, restructuring, asset finance, structured finance)
• Ability to work seamlessly across borders
• Outstanding academic history and legal skills
• Excellent transactional and management skills
• Experience working in a busy team environment and with multiple practice groups
• Commitment to business development, client relationship management, and professional development
• Passion for coaching and mentoring junior team members
