To be able to do preparation for event, eg: Roll up of equipment & BOH requirement.
To possess types of beverage sequence of service.
To be able to conduct and perform canapes/cocktail service.
To be able to brew coffee for both manual and machines.
To acquire basic F&B Banquets knowledge.
To be able to read and understand F&B Requirement from BEOs.
To be able to conduct an effective operations briefing for casuals (up to 10 casuals).
To possess knowledge & Align with MBS compliance.
Proficient in written and verbal English.
F&B Knowledge and safety.
Have a well-groomed and professional appearance.
Willing and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certification
Completion of high school \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level
Experience
Minimum 1 years in customer service / guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization

Ability to exceed guest expectations
Ability to analyze and improve process and procedures
Ability to interact and solve opportunities with employees and guests
Ability to adapt and take advantage of different working environment, staff, guests and opportunities
Able to work weekends & public holiday
