The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore\'s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.Mandai Wildlife Group advocates for biodiversity, contributes leading wildlife research, develops innovative solutions to promote living sustainably, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia.The Group provides funding and in-kind support to Mandai Nature for conservation work across Southeast Asia.Mandai X is the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group that sparks, catalyses and accelerates innovative ventures in completely new domains that drive growth and impact at scale.Main duties and responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Report to and assist Banquet Manager & Assistant Banquet Manager with entire Central Kitchen/Banquet/FNB Outlets food delivery on daily basis.\xc2\xb7 Conduct vehicle inspection before departing to deliver goods.\xc2\xb7 Pack and load cooked/raw food onto trucks according to company\'s requirements.\xc2\xb7 Load, transport and deliver items to allocated outlets (ZOO/NS/RW/BP) safely and as per scheduled.\xc2\xb7 Deliver goods as per planned routes & schedules.\xc2\xb7 Maintain close communication with outlets & central kitchen to pick up and deliver correct goods as per indent.\xc2\xb7 Maintain high level of hygiene and cleanliness of delivery vehicles daily.\xc2\xb7 Perform and assist with internal & external events.\xc2\xb7 Load and unload food delivery for banquet events for all type of events.\xc2\xb7 Support the logistics and provide banquet services including set up, fulfil service staff requirements (if needed) and assist all type of events.\xc2\xb7 Manage equipment inventory for all related dispatch equipment.\xc2\xb7 Any other ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Possess a valid class 3 or 4 Singapore driving license.\xc2\xb7 Experience in banquet set up/delivery/dispatch will be advantageous.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with handling delivery vehicles & safety requirements.\xc2\xb7 Able to work in fast paced environment.\xc2\xb7 Service oriented with a pleasant disposition.\xc2\xb7 Able to lift up & carry heavy stuff/equipment.\xc2\xb7 Willingness to work on public holidays and weekends.Specialization : Food and Beverage
