Job Description

Primary RoleThe Banquet Sales Executive establishes sales, plans, organizes, directs and co-ordinates the overall banquet sales and operations as well as maintaining quality standards in a manner consistent with the Club's standard. The incumbent is responsible for achieving the sales budget and net profit.Responsibilities

  • Meet host(s) of events and ensure all arrangements and requirements are catered as per requirements
  • Possess thorough knowledge of room set-up, value added services, menus and beverage lists to make recommendations and increase sales
  • Liaises with kitchen and banquet operations on daily operations of the various functions
  • Establish new sales contracts and maintains contracts with established clients
  • Achieve foretasted sales
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE O levels with 3 years in F&B operations and sales
  • Possess strong people skills, excellent presentation, oral and written communication
  • Comfortable with interacting with people of all levels
  • A positive and excellent team player who is able to multi-task and able to maintain tight datelines
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $3,300.00 - $3,700.00 per monthBenefits:
